How to order Corporate Delivery?

  Answer:

1. Decide how many servings you would like and how often you would like them delivered. Plan about 1-2 servings per person per day. Smaller fruits like kiwi are considered half a serving. Visit our Corporate Fruit Delivery page for product choices and serving amounts.

2. Once you decide the size, quantity and frequency, call us at 408-778-6476, email us sales@hi5produce.com or place your order at www.hi5produce.com (credit card or PayPal account required). Be sure to tell us what day you want your delivery! Note: We deliver Corporate Deliveries M-F only.

3. We guarantee delivery by 12:00pm M-F on your scheduled delivery day but will make every effort to deliver by your desired time. Please let us know how early you can accept delivery in the morning.

4. Our Corporate Delivery Service is available throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. There is no delivery charge for deliveries made in Santa Clara County. Other counties may incur a $10-$15 delivery charge depending on distance. Email sales@hi5produce.com for further questions and delivery quotes.

5. For check payments please email or call in your order. You also may pay by credit card using the Hi5 Produce Store site or you can call in a credit card for a one time use or for repeating deliveries.

6. You will receive your fruit in one or more boxes (depending on the amount ordered).

7. After your first delivery (trial delivery) we will set up automatic deliveries or you can just use us for occasionally events by just email us before each event.

8. We have a 2:00pm PST cut off for next work day delivery of corporate orders. For example, order by 2:00 on Monday for a Tuesday delivery or by 2:00pm Friday for a Monday delivery.
